If he cut all tax funds into their neighborhoods and gave incentives for the churches to take over what the government had taken from churches.......
Then they would improve themselves and lives.
At least pesr pressure and good examples would exist.
Standing in government offices acting like you own the place and everybody owes you with no incentive for you to stand on your own feet ever........is keeping the immoral behaviors destroying the people.

Instead, the grant under Biden’s executive order 13985, titled “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government,” is said to “support community-based overdose prevention programs, syringe services programs, and other harm reduction services.”

“Underserved communities” is basically dog whistlin for black communities.
Wouldn’t one think the community would be just a little insulted by this blatant racism on Brandon’s part.
That’s how this senile old fool sees black Americans.
