I'm interested in the p&d position. Whats the starting pay? Average hrs a week? Stops a day? How's the equipment at this terminal? Automatics or manual tractors? TM? Laid-back terminal? Etc. Would like some info, I'm choosing between southeastern and estes.

Both will work you as hard as you let them. Only real difference is the no layoff policy sefl has. Everything else is close enough so as to not matter. Best thing to do is find a few drivers on the street and chat them up

Oh, sefl will also only work you 3 or 4 days a week when it’s slow. Not sure about Estes
