Yellow Corp CLOSED a Non-Union subsidiary after they bought them. We tried to organize them in Georgia and they bought the company's BS and voted no. They had an even HIGHER Operating ratio than the Union companies that paid higher Union wages and benefits. Later on, they were closed after YRC bought USF.
