He's not stealing when FedEx is willingly taking money out of their driver's pockets to put in low end trucking companies!

Low End trucking lives matter! Seriously, it stinks that employees are sat while PT runs. That’s totally not right. We had a dispatcher that left UPS freight due to being told to cut employed drivers in favor of running PT. The reason for leaving that company.

My building doesn't do it that way. I've looked through the handbook and no mention it of how it should be done, so I'm assuming it's left up to building management.
