No mention of charges being filed against the pick-up driver, but you know damn well if the semi driver had run a red light it he would have been charged and that would have been the headline!!!

The truck driver would have been charged, jailed, drug tested, cell phone records checked, his medical history examined, his last seven days would become public record and I can hear it now, "oh he fell asleep".
