Good luck with that, it will never happen. We are owed a 6% pay raise just to get even with the inflation tax.

I don't know if anyone from the company management reads what's posted here, but if they do, a bit of advice:

Don't try to change much in the next contract.

In a way, it's already happened: Some terminals START OFF at $29.95 or whatever our top rate is. This has been going on since 2018.

I don't know if anyone from the company management reads what's posted here, but if they do, a bit of advice:

Don't try to change much in the next contract.

Regional pay is needed to get people to work here and keep the guys we have.
National pay is good for bfe markets.
But large markets its trash.
Everyone but yrc is paying more than tforce in the large markets, they can't get new employees and the cats they have are leaving.
Hell even in the mid sized markets the pay is below average, in hrs market even central is paying more.
Most barns are starting close to top rate to try and combat the low pay

Even back in the days of the "real" NMFA there were slight pay differences between supplements/areas.

The children in Frisco (they hate that term) got $1 hr more than we did in S.Cal.
