Has been a bloody nightmare , they have idiots working there and sometimes takes almost a week to fill things that Costco , Sams & Express Scripts never had any problems with. Is there another option ? Where are you guys going ? I must have the worst Walgreens on the face of the planet , they are the worst of the worst.

Thanks fellow associates.

I've never had any problems with Rite Aid. I call my scripts in and there ready within a couple of hours. They also have a app you can use if you don't like talking to a machine.

Not sure what all you're allowed with your plan but a lot of guys I work with use Meijer and seem to like it. I'm not sure if they're regional national or what. Our other driver is on some kind of long term prescription and was telling his doctors office about what it costs, they told him it was free at Meijer sure enough he gets it free. I guess they have several generics that way, might be worth a look.

Smoke,
Is it Walgreens not being able to figure things out or are they having a problem with Optum?
If it's our insurance, call the FedEx benefits hotline and they will yell at Optum for you.
If it's your Walgreen, then yeah, they must be tards. I have no problems with Sav On. Of course we're all mentioning regional drug stores. Good luck.

+1 for Wal-Mart, if you can use them. I've never needed to, but family who have prescriptions filled at Wal-Mart have never had any problems with them.

Okay there are some options that you guys mentioned , I'll show this to Mrs. Smokestack.
Thanks guys this helps , I f-ing hate Walgreens ! This really helps allot.

Thanks Crew !:grouphug:

On July 1st Optum updated the formulary. Hundreds of meds wll no longer be covered. Also prior autho has been added to drugs that once did not need it.

I have 3 meds for my kids, that once again will not be covered.(all are cheap generic)

A med I started 4 months ago will not be covered as well. (Another cheap generic) Apparntly Optum powers to be think I am too old to take it. (46) I cheet you not, only 19 and younger can take it. B.S. it is precribed to millions of adults or was...anyone with Optum over 19 wont have it covered anymore.

Those with no issues who have not filled since the change on July 1st. may run into issues.. Calling Fdx will not help with formulary changes to the plan. Good luck.

We quit using Walmart mostly because the pharmacist was a jerk, went to a mom and pop home town pharmacy and lo and behold better Debbie and cheaper prices
