Attendance at your contract vote is important.
Unless you are physically unable to attend, go and vote.

You don't need to be there for the entire allotted time for the meeting, you just need to be there to cast a ballot.
A contract vote is once every 5 years. You pay dues for a reason, one of the reasons is to have the right to cast your vote on your contract.
