This says the point cut has more fat. I like a lot of fat also.
I think they're right.
It says nothing about round and my wife shoved that in earlier than the flat. I'd say round has more than flat. This is the first year I e seen the round but the town only left me one to choose from. They sold out on that quick.



I thought it was point cut we usually get. The one we had last year was spectacular. Got the same cut, same brand this year and not so much.
 
I read now that the flat or point cuts of brisket have more fat than the round.
The round cut is from the butt or top of legs and is more lean.
The brisket is more fat and is cut from the chest maybe.
So fattiest should be the point cut brisket.
Then the flat cut brisket.
Then the round which is leaner and tougher meat.

I tried a new NA beer today.
Really like it. I'm not into heavy ones.
Guinness.
No hard bite. Not bitter. A good thirst quencher Kinda watery.. I like it
