No , I quit em, with 25 yrs, 4 weeks vacation. I had the chance to come to ABF. There was a young man there with small kids, stayed on and off lay-off. I was hoping me moving on would improve his situation. They were working all us old guys 13-14 hours a day, unmercifully hard to keep the bottom laid off. The TM begged upper management to allow him to hang some 10 hr. bids and cut the OT and work one more man, but HELL NO! He still stays on lay-off. There is a different approach at ABF. We work some long days when guys are off, but they don't have all that debt to service. We have to return to profitability though, or we will get deeper in debt or be sold off. Heavy Debt is a cruel taskmaster. I'm going to be fine however it shakes out....There are a bunch of good hands over there, and I wish them the best.....but trust me, you want nothing to do with YRC :nono_h4h:
