I recently went into the R & L in buffalo ny for a job opening and came across a sign about no smoking.... is this a company wide thing or just in NY state

The signs are for looks, the fact is you must smoke. If you don't smoke,you will, if you become an employee.

No smoking in certain areas, at least that's the way it is down here in Texas.

Up yonder in the NY, wtf knows, ya'll gots some screwy laws regarding individual freedoms up there.

It would be states like NY and Ct that outlawed smoking in all places Id guess.
