The BOL May have read, residue, last contained corrosive. If that was the case, yes he would need them placards. If they were purged clean, the BOL should read that way.Was talking with a friend last night. He had two empty totes of corrosive liquid. Totes had placards. But weight was only 900 lbs. Did trailer need placards. Undee the 1000 lb rule but still a bulk container.
If the name on the truck is coop Dispatch, then put placards in side compartment under bunk...Over 110 gallons, needs the UN number placard.
Just like empty gas tanker trucks.

It needs placarding, only if it has more than a 15 percent lean off his head. Would then be placarded, Dangerous....shouldn't dig dave's hat be placarded?..... i'm sure there is some sort of hazardous material under the hat
