We get coaching for every single headway as well. I don't see how it could be a good thing. While I have not heard of anyone getting fired or suspended directly I am sure there is a record kept and if you go up for a safety review it will come into play. I have not gotten a single one. I get it, it is frustrating but it isn't difficult to drive as to avoid them. Someone mentioned having to switch lanes a lot. There is a way more sensible option...maybe back off a bit to reset the clock. Not really hard.

I'm told by a junior driver that in the west, if you get too many headways, they have an RSA ride with you for a trip to "review" your driving skills. That would be entertaining to say the least.

I was going to say the same thing, but I wasn’t sure. I do have first hand knowledge and have seen videos from the inside of your trucks.
