More importantly, it removes the only thing the union feared. They can now continue to offer full coverage packages. And get any and all of the best available candidates for that trade.
Btw, when this was first posted I didn't bother to look anything up.
This tax would have begun in 2022. So the company obviously lied to us 8 or more years ago when they really started to pull back on the quality of insurance. And every year since. They just don't respect us because we are blue collar workers who they have the hook in and we keep bending over to take it rather than fight back.
