But on Friday, the TM will tell us to forget to clock out so he won't get in trouble...Yea, I know you'll make it up to us next week....sssshhhhhh....Don't tell anyone..What did you say? You can't hire anyone because no one wants to work for us because of our bad reputation, and all new hires start at $16 and top out at $18, and will get laid off this winter..No overtime, but hurry up driver, you should just be happy to have a job..R&L is in a race to the bottom. :drama:

Have your TM put you on a 70/8, complete a log every day...(you probably do anyway if working over 12) and smile all the way to the bank with your 63 hour paycheck. IF and when things slow down during the winter, you will have cautiously squirreled away some of your OT from the busy summer months. The concept isn't that difficult......Alot of people on here need to start looking for the good and praising it. All this whining and moaning is self-perpetuating and truthfully is getting a little tiresome.

Well oneeightyfive, there is no overtime to squirrel away. Also, there is no personal or sick days either. The comments you see here are from drivers that are burned-out from working so many hrs. We have no family life at all, yet we are to give every last ounce of us to the company. Well thats all fine and dandy, but we would be alot more productive with a little rest and a little time with our families during the week.
