Anyone know why unemployed people knocking down an average $970.00 dollars a week, aren't paying their rent/mortgage?

I'm a real Teamster, been fired plenty. Never had health insurance. Never had $50,000 a year unemployment insurance. Go to the emergency room!

I've been a teamster for 34 yrs and always had insurance, you must have some kind of alien looseleaf contract. You should open a home remedy webpage for unemployed people without health insurance , how to fix a lacerated finger with a jar of pickle juice and one of grandma's old sewing needles, that way they could save their unemployment for big screens and gaming computers, and if all else fails take a freeride on the emergency room highway, it's free with no insurance.

Firing Teamsters at UPS is normal labor relations. Any real Teamster knows that. Who are you pretending to be? 40 year retiree, I guess that makes me an expert on the contract. Why aren't you fighting for a good pension for all Americans? Between pension and S.S. I'd estimate you are knocking down about $58,000 a year. Please explain to me again why you expect the American tax payer to bail you out?

First of all, what makes You think that I am retired, I'm not. The reason I am still working is for the Insurance. Also, the pension fund (CSPF) was taken down by two factors. Our leadership that put their personal careers ahead of the (good and welfare of the membership. The ERISA act of 1974 which was aimed square at central states, gave the trustees few options when there were excess funds. A thirteenth check, raise benefits, or become fully funded. The folks who ran the show decided people like Myself should work forever. So here I am a forty year teamster with people younger than Myself drawing more than I will ever see. Wonder why I am bitter now?
