With his reputation i can see him climbing the ladder. He'll stick it in and break it off if you're in the bargaining unit, or if you're in his way.. As I've said before, he hired our night ops guy in MI. His resume included 5 weeks as a dock walker at conjob, then it was quit or be fired. Then the shack, who knows talent when he sees it, brought him on board. doesn't know freight, but he will issue letters. lots and lots of letters. Doesn't know how work available works, so he gets paper. Lots and lots of paper. He has a stable of suck ups who'll whisper in his ear, so he saves the easy breakers for them. Yup right out of the shacks playbook.
