    SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS (CBS 5 / KCBS) ―Northbound Highway 17 near Big Moody Curve was a mess Tuesday morning, after a tractor trailer carrying cabbage overturned shortly before 7:00 a.m. north of Summit Rd.

    One northbound lane was reopened shortly after the crash, allowing some cars to squeeze by the scene of the accident. Southbound traffic was not affected by the crash.

    Shortly before 8:30 a.m., an attempt was made to get the truck upright, but the roof of the truck ripped off during that effort, sending boxes of cabbage spilling into the roadway..............
