Nahh, if that were the case then IBT would be trying to organize. It could be that IBT just doesn’t care about freight anymore. Time is right for a different union to organize freight

Not to mention with all the outside carriers, you may not even work everyday, and that makes it even tougher starting at the bare minimum....

You would think they would have fought for the juniors a little bit harder. I think it’s just an issue of the senior guys knowing they have it made and not caring about the guys coming up. And the Teamsters not wanting to rock the boat. Just my opinion.
