Two first round G7 OTWins, one in double OT.

Barry Trotz’s Islanders sweep Pens, without Tavares.

Canes upset reigning Stanley Cup Champion Caps in double OT G7.

Sharks redeem themselves against Golden Knights in last years loss.

Playoffs are a separate season in which any team can win on any day.

Both West Coast Division Finals go to G7.

The sweeping Islanders, are swept by the Canes, who in turn are swept by the Bruins.

I do not think fans of hockey could have been provided a better product. As for the NHL, Bruins are a major market to have in the finals.

The Sharks have failed to reach their potential in multiple past seasons and are a serious force with which to be reckoned.

The Blues have yet to hold Lord Stanley’s Cup and were the worst team in the NHL on January 1st, 2019.

49 years ago, the Blues lost to the Bruins on one of the most iconic goals in NHL history.

Imho, the Blues have a chance to defeat Boston if they get past the Sharks. I do not hold the same confidence in the Sharks.
