Trying to remember how they calculate hourly rate for vacation. I know it's the average of your weekly pay with overtime. but is it figured on January through December?

Yes its january-december,last year earnings devided by (52 weeks x 40 hrs=2080)thats aprox your pto and vacation not included in last year gross

I dont know how Estes figures it but a week of vacation pay is quiet a bit less than a weekly pay check. I thinks its that new common core math.

If average is less than regular pay, you still get regular rate.
