I was talking to some drivers here in PA and they said their pay was changed from hourly to a combination of hourly, drive time, stop etc. Pretty confusing.

Yep I do not know about union houses but at oir house it is driving,hourly and each stop pays different depends on a 6 month average of how fast it is worked. Most of our guys are on 4 days 70k-85k a year.

Is that 14 hr days? Is it the same across the board for everyone?
I know where I'm at your reality depends on who you know. Always makes you wonder. Not saying that's the case here.

No sir not all 14 hr days maybe one. Most our guys put about 45-50 hours a week.
