How to stop emails

On the top it says "Watched" click
On the page that pops up choose "Manage Watched Threads"

You should have the option of stopping all emails in the bottom of the email if you desire to do so

Just because weird things happen at any site online doesn't mean you (General/Major/Private Public) are not being monitored/tracked/scanned/irritated for/about something you may have never done even though you (maybe just You) are not sure if the Borg may have you retro-actively programed without your knowledge while you were sleeping, sometime, somewhere with someone who wasn't there.
Keyword is Watched.

As to e-mails, well, as stated in post 4, it's also a glitch in the matrix OR a retro-designed "scare tactic" through the oddities in Development of the Weird World Wonder, just to keep ya guessing about your sanity.....or so the voices tell me.
