We were told that our leftover money would roll over to the new account. Mine did not. Has anyone's?

When I called connect your care people back when I first logged in and saw it didn’t all roll over.. they told me it wouldn’t roll over until mid April or May...with no reason as to why it would take so long

I have been told three different dates. Each progressively later.

I had approximately $2,000 left. If each employee had something anywhere near that, we now have tens of millions of missing money!

This is way bigger than than the AIC accounting discrepancy.

I’m sure some have already burned through this years HRA - now what? Will theirs be refunded when/ if it does roll over?

Great questions... Worth paying attention to.

As a legal matter, the funds cannot simply go missing, or be redirected. BUT, the delay in rolling over is interesting/troubling, as is the refund concept. I'd bet no on the refund.
