TForce | HRS Rumor

Can't confirm or de-confirm.

Last time i was there last week, i "heard" that "everyone's quitting." "They can't find/keep drivers......"

Also, there were at least 3 new bid sheets for road runs in the road dispatch office last week.

They dropped 15000 customers since they bought ups freight, so yeah runs are going to be eleminated.
One way to drop the operating ratio is to get the most expensive asset to quit (employees) .
15000 less companies shipping through us, means they don't need as many drivers or dockworkers.
They also don't need the same amount of doors to work less freight, as the big boss explained they will begin to lease doors to generate revenue.
You can expect terminals to be closed/ consolidated to make room for what they want to lease.
He mentioned about the 4 that service Chicago being to many, and I'd imagine York PA will be moved to Harrisburg when the lease is up since they are only 30 miles apart and York isn't owned by tforce.
