Howstuffworks "How Red-light Cameras Work"
there installing cameras at the intersections around Rochester NY Where I live,and deliver.
Today was a very nasty weather day.
A winter mix of ice,freezing rain,rain,and snow.
twice I came close to jackknifing with a pup trailer .
it would have been much safer going threw the red light,as the vehicles on the cross streets were going very slow as well as starting out slower because on the sloppy road condition.
But I've been looking for these cameras.
When I see them I know I can't blow the light,or get a ticket with UPS they wouldn't care for that.
I think our city government has gone to far to protect us with these cameras.
Maybe I'll just have to drive like a turtle going very slow when I'm driving around a lot of camera controled intersections.
