Heard that the ALB terminal is such a joke. The TM has no clue and pork chop and donnie do as they please.They should both have been fired by now.Everyone knows that matt should have never gotten the job.Once the silver bullet jumped ship and John went with him, they place became a disaster. Any one have thoughts about this...

If you are talking about ALB NY, the issue may be the regional manager - AKA "Spongebob". He seems to choose many that are sure th answer YES to him or are under qualified. Not sure it is a PLUS, but you are likely to see MANY changes and replacements by folks being brought in from YRC.

It's more a product of What the pay scale is for Lower level Supervisors .Anybody who is qualified is not willing to take on this job for the money so what you see is what you get. I think know matter who took over they were being handicapped and setup to fail.
