That’s a terminal issue. Our maintenance person clears and pre-treats the lot during his shift and is on call in bad weather. While there’s often times when the lot is slick it’s not from a lack of trying.

About smart as our safety dept recommended to carry a zip lock bag of kitty litter to throw under our pusher axle on ice.
Hell, our pushers got stuck if you peed under a drive wheel.
