Iran reverted to Shiite control and declared war on Israel and the USA. Egypt swung to the Muslim Brotherhood. They are at war with us, no matter whether we admit it or not.

Bush 41 had a chance to finish off Saddam on the Highway of Death. The Republican Guard was in shambles, al Qaeda wasn't yet strong. Bush blinked, and Islamists organized. Then, later, Obama pulled out leaving no control. The Caliphate too root. ISIS won't stop until they are dead or we are. Mohammed started ths centuries ago. His followers fight to the death, forever...

That is really easy to agree with since Obama is the only one that didn't see ISIS growing and spreading their violence. The Generals saw it, America saw it, the World saw it........yet Obama didn't.
