Just wondering if anyone in the Chicago area has heard of or worked for a supervisor named Nick. He is now a supervisor for Fedex freight in Chicago. We have been told he came from Conway. We have been getting your rejects for a long time, :biglaugh: but this guy takes the cake as far as rejects go. :biglaugh:

nick g , or something like that, loud mouth but a good supervisor who knows the operations. gets the job done at all costs.

if his name is nick he was a superviser in des plaines. he is loud but knows what he is doing
No last names please .. thanks wonderring99

Thanks for the reply's

When he comes in the terminal his first night and has a meeting at the beginning of our shift on the hub, he wants to let everybody know this is how it's going to be from now on. We have a system that works very good, but he doesn't want it ran like that, it's going to be his way, which really slows down our production. Anyone who takes a break gets flack from him. He needs to realize we get breaks, and a lunch if we choose to take one. He might be the nicest guy you would ever meet outside of work :nono:, but don't come on like you're the king of LTL. He's not making very many friends. I dont know why people have to be like that. Just let things run there course and then maybe come up with ideas to better the production. :shift:

OK, I'm done now, hope everything is going great with you guys at Conway, good luck, I think were all going to need it.

It's not Nick (D). He is now at UPS Freight in Palatine. He started on Wednesday as our new TM.
[/quote]I didn't think he could go back to U.P.S. he was fired from there many years ago.

Some companies never learn, but it won't take them long to figure it out. :biglaugh:
