Hey drivers just wanted to know if any knows the process involved if you have someone thats part time dock or something and a full-time position is available but no one Internally has applied for it does the pastime person still have to wait 6 months or get passed over from someone on the outside of the company?

No you get it before the outside hire would. Talk to the TM, he should be able to take care of you, if not HR will.

In a situation like that, they'd be helpful. Anything that's important to just you, they're completely useless.
