The terminal manager there is pretty easy on the eyes if ya know what I mean. I'm jealous.
Hope all goes well with the interview. Had mine a week ago yesterday along with physical, drug screen and road test. Just waiting on safety to sign off on everything. Tm that I've kept in contact with says they are thinking of changing the current process and having new hires train on the dock a couple of weeks before heading off to classes. Whatever the case, I'm itching to get started.

I'm in the same boat, had given up and though I would have call Scheinder or J.B this week. Then this afternoon I get the call I've been waiting for since november. I interview Friday. :banana:

Good luck Caveman I was giving up hope I was hired on at conway this is my third week there and tuesday I got A CALL FROM FED-EX NATIONAL he emailed me forms to complete ,background check,etc ,
So will wait to hear from someone again I think I am going to go for it If I get the chance :thumbsup:

Well, Got the call today from the TM. All was cleared by safety and I start Monday 4/19/10. He said that they just changed the process of new hires and I have to train at the terminal for 2 weeks before going to classes in either Memphis, Dallas or Atlanta. ( don't know if this is company wide or local change). Anyway, I'm glad to be aboard and looking forward to it. After 12 years of living on the road and in a truck this is what I've been waiting for. Just wish I had applied years ago.
