ODFL | Is it OD going on strike?

There's a reason we're drivers and not upper management. This company thrived before us and will long after we're gone. I love reading the comments from drivers that more than likely couldn't do a recap in a paper log book but can run a trucking company.

What the hell you know? Nothing,, been here longer and driving truck longer than you,,

It's almost like they've overstaffed for this. But still I understand not hauling cheap freight just so they can go back to UPSF after the strike. And maybe they already know what kinds of freight we would be dealing with.

Our management in SAC is a good amount of former XPO.Some things have gotten better. But we don't hear ::shit:: about anything.

Ups drivers done playing their games so you know they’ll be cheaping the hell out of their rates and away we go even slower again,,

Stop complaining,be nice, maybe Ump will let you take care of the goats during slow times.

A little off topic, but what determines MPH limit?

Some Cascadias are 65, some are 68+ maybe 70.
Our terminal tractor speed is based on the length of the run-
600-624=68mph
624 and over=70mph
Since we share tractors some drivers will have a 68/70mph tractor on a shorter run because they swap with a driver who's on a longer run.

Sheesh if you run 624 or over the other driver must run the tractor when your in the bathroom
