I'm still around, got some unfinished business to take care of.
Heard something might have happened up north?

Yeah, the trial was postponed a week till the 6th of June, probably due to the holiday week, and also because the field investigator is still compiling information and getting depositions and such. At least they are being thorough, which raises my hopes that the truth of the matter will be revealed. Still, the NLRB is under a tremendous amount of pressure right now due to understaffing and a staggering case load, so we'll see.

Meanwhile, the shenanigans at the Big Oak Leaf continue, and we continue to document and make notes and track what we can track... let's hope justice prevails in the end.
