Im taking my week asap
That’s only for shuttle. With the company making us drive 45mph or less, for safety. And begging us to work 12 plus hours a day, and holidays, plus drive new tandems, and turn 2 trips to the rail and back, in 1 shift. It’s really wearing us down. We will welcome all the Moldavians Coop can send us....
A lot of new Indian drivers on the road side. If rumors are true about a change of operations and cutting the bid runs down to 60% bigger extra board and adding more team runs plus Akron/Cleveland to bed triple bids they are going to lose even more drivers extra 4cents mile for triples is not going to keep them just an extra 83 dollars a week not enough miles 348 each way barely over 2000 we need to go back to North Lima bid to make some money with triples.
On top of raising and lowering landing gears they have to report(snitch) unsafe behavior to management
Now keep in mind some of the many that are leaving still have a bit of union blood in em and that snitching may go against their grain
Especially being the honest men they are keeping their word putting forth a valiant effort in seeking greener pastures
