http://www.searshomes.org/index.php...le-and-theres-one-hiding-in-greeley-colorado/ The Jimmy g house! I bought it in 91, originally it was bought from Sears Roebuck, and delivered precut from their Chicago factory in (probably) 1920. No record found. But property taxes were $6.00 in 1919, by 1920 taxes were $21.00. Makes sense that's when the house was built on 88 empty acres. Times have changed.... While I was researching I found that the phone lines came thru by Ma Bell in 1932. The natural gas lines were capped off in 1929. On gas now, no idea when came back thru...
Darn you Mags! The current mayor read that. Afraid of competition, he put together a plan. Buford is in a National Forest (The Medicine Bow). It sits close to the Cheyenne Nation. It's relatively close to the Rock River and the Poudre River. He called the UN and cited Agenda 21. Doubling population from 1 to 2 creates many many problems. There must be environmental studies for Urban Sprawl, methane releases, water impact, public transportation developing, water pollution studies, etc, etc, etc. The UN is putting together a book of 927 studies that must be fulfilled. About 5 million bucks per study. All your fault, Mags....
The house I was i came home to after the hospital come to find out was built in 1865. It had a pipe sticking out of the wall they told me it was a gas line for lighting. Must have been a really big deal when gas came to town. Do you have any gas wells in your area? Sometimes see homes for sale here and there with free gas, that would be awful handy I think I would buy a generator and cut the power lines
Jimmy I need a nap and can't get though this story. Say it ain't so! http://www.rawstory.com/2015/06/cap...-look-like-if-we-actually-followed-the-bible/ Captive virgins, polygamy and sex slaves: What marriage would look like if we actually followed the Bible ible believers are beside themselves about the prospect that marriage norms and laws are changing, but let me tell you a secret about Bible believers that I know because I was one. Most don’t actually read their Bibles actual photograph in Bible Days
It's taken out of context and twisted. Not worthy of debate. The author found what he sought- smut and smearing. It's the stuff I never wanted posted here; but, after what some (including me) have done to your Stuff I just like thread- I guess I deserved it ..
I'm not a bible reader you've probably noticed. Heres a strange one I heard somewhere in the olde testament . And probably it's couched in slightly different language as to make it bland and to just read over it, Now we're talking Jews here because this is their story When one Jew meets another who is unknown but claims to be Jewish they would both grab the other mans penis to verify the other man is circumcised, this was done instead of shaking hands. Ask your Pastor if you haven't read it
"If there must be trouble, let it be in my time, that my child may have peace." Thomas Paine, 1776 http://foundersquotes.com/quotes/if...it-be-in-my-day-that-my-child-may-have-peace/
I think to be fair they should say Performed by President so and so and give some credit to the speech writers

Jimmy Valvano at the ESPYs, 1993. 'There's a guy waving 30 seconds. I've got tumors all over my body- think I care?' 'Cancer can ravage my body. It cannot take my mind, my heart, or my Soul. Don't give up; don't Ever give up!'
My buddy albag asked me my favorite music. Got me thinking. Hopefully, won't be for 157 years- but here's for my 'memorial service', when I'm gone: Elton John: funeral for a friend Eagles: I'm already gone (we will sing this victory song!) Beatles: in my life Grand Funk Railroad: I'm getting closer to my home (on I'm your captain) Motley Crue: Home Sweet Home The Who: this song is over, live with the NY Philharmonic Roy Rogers/ Dale Evans: happy trails to you Then raise a glass, hopefully by a campfire. Thnx!
Jimmy you seem to be in dark place, I hope you come out of it soon but if you don't here is my suggestion A traditional Celtic song The Parting Glass with a surprise ending and this of course
