I would say something around or about 95 % of all freight is routed by the consignee or by a broker....how does anyone get JOM's.....I smell corruption...

I would say a fair amount are freight not called in. Many customers I have encountered over the years will call in some and if they get the last one done before you get there then JOM. That is how we have been told to handle it.
