Saw the memo today. Junior is stepping down. He'll be training his succesor over the next few months and retiring in a year or so.

No, it's Al B. from Minneapolis. They got the full press release and bio of him on their Web site.
I've met him, we should be fine from what I saw. Whatever that's worth.
