That is exactly what he said in his first speech on the town hall hot line back in about October of 2015. He knew of his decision then and has never waivered. This was a job for him to travel at our expense and try to massage everyone. The math never worked and no one in government is will ing to work across the isle for KOPPA. I hope all of you remember this at the congressional and senate elections.
