Just wondering how the recent consolidation of Reddaway and YRC into 1 terminal in that market is being Received. That Reddaway operation was pretty substantial. 60+ doors and 45+ drivers?
Does anyone really think the cohabitation wont result in a merging of brands in the near future? Given the 2yr agreement that was inked by the two white paper Reddaway agreements into a single contract, that would appear to be self evident.

Don't know how the local Vegas market is reacting, but judging by the stock price investors are taking a dim view of it nationally.

Don't know what other terminals are doing, but I noticed in Vegas that they are not keeping the rank and file separate like they did when they cohabited Yellow and Roadway, apparently they learned a lesson from that -- no fist fights in the yard yet.

No noticeable resentment from the YRC guys-- even though Reddaway, having the bigger Vegas operation, is crowding the yard. Things got ugly at some terminals when yellow merged with Roadway.

And no, nobody thinks this isn't anything other then a step toward a total merge.
