049 philly slowed a bit. TM told us dynamic pricing goin away, which most of us expected anyway
We can expect big changes coming soon!
Probably another acquisition, for one.
Keep track of those overtime hours then file to get him back….
The funny thing is we filed even before we knew he was getting laid off...we are all working 60 a week with him here....
Their is absolutely no justification for a layoff.
At my barn when we have someone sitting home everyone who comes back with 8+ goes home….

At my barn laying off 3 road drivers who were working 6 days a week
Good news, They cancelled his layoff....
Sounds like more of a spite move now the the contract was ratified. Is the work still there for those drivers?
That's funny you say that....I told my morning supervisor that this is the most spiteful company I have ever worked for....go back through after every ratification from 2013 on they have pulled some :

No layoffs in Denver but OT other than Driving is canceled heard freight is dropping because they raised the rates. Not sure if that's true or not.
Are they cancelling all UE runs? They cancelled ours, but I thought maybe because we are so shorthanded...
