anybody hearing anything about layoffs? It’s slow everywhere I’ve been.

nope.. I don't feel like running sleepers for 5 plus years.. I like it here.. I might regret not going to UPS if a recession comes up next year and yrc go out of business.. but for now I'll stick with yrc

No need for layoffs at 309 we are down to 389 Road Drivers we were close to a 1000 when we first merged bids cut down big time but they add more team runs no one wants in the winter.

FedEx very slow too. Have changed start times, and put in 4-10’s at terminals by me. Cut off people on 8. No OT.
2 OD terminals near me have people laid off. Some working don’t even get 8.
LTL has been soft most of this year.
