Two weeks ago there was a bigwig meeting down in Florida. Two weeks later there was a meeting in the Intermountain West. Missoula Montana will be the flag ship terminal to start the commencement of the absorption of Reddaway. Two weeks from now There is a planned meeting with more bigwigs in Missoula For training. Rumor has it YRC is going to adopt the Reddaway way of operation. Whatever that means. Sometime in September will be the beginning of the complete integration of computer systems. Beginning of next year 2022 YRC, Reddaway, Holland, New Penn will all be under one operating banner. Called YELLOW. Rumor has it that at the Florida meeting two weeks ago it was re-iterated that Yellow or YRC is a union company and will always be a union company. With that being said it’s time for those nonunion employees to have any hope of trying to keep seniority to sign union cards and join the teamster union. Those going union will hopefully be dovetailed and those of you who choose not to join the union will be end tailed. Period !! Was also advised to keep your eye on your pay sheets. Because with this absorption into the NMFA there’s been a lot of in my opinion expected screw ups with correct backpay and new pay adjustments.
