I'm seeking info for linehaul in Dallas.. I take it that new hires are on a pay progression, right? According to my research you would probably start as a 5 day bagger linehauler, but how long would it take to get a bid and what kind of runs do they have there? Any info about how the place is run, equipment, shop, company culture or any other inside info there would be helpful. Asking for a friend...

Every terminal has a different vibe , the only true info for your buddy would be from an actual Dallas employee , I am in the rust belt area of operations

Extraboard in dallas, you'll spend a lot of time covering schedules. They've been short on XB drivers for awhile, most guys recently cover runs then get a schedule relatively quick.

Conartist, we just had our bid on Sunday and we currently have 109 solo schedules but we only have 105 drivers. So,a new hire could possibly come in and get a schedule pretty quick.
