Line driver info

I'm a California line driver trying to get some info on line driver rules. I was hired after the strike finished and am 1 of many who would like to organize, Can anyone help ? Thanks

What can you tell me about the 14 that were laid off down south? Central kinda spilled the beans last night to one of our guys.

14 laid off ?!?! Is that still the same guy running Central ?
