Allowed a member to get trips for benifits. Now you need three tours to receive benifits, when I first started it was hard to get thoes three trips. Hog board. Know the cookies is crumbling, you can work 8 days a week and 25hrs a day.

If you're on the extra board and available all week, the company has to pay your health & welfare no matter how many days you worked. If you have less than 3 days you will have to contact the appropriate person at your terminal to get credit. The default is to not pay it for less than 3 unless it's approved otherwise. I've had to do this a couple of times in the past.
