They must be doing something right...

After 78 years in the business, they must be doing something right. Not too long ago I questioned something that big E was doing, my TM's response, 'How long have they been in this buisness?' He made a good point. And granted, it doesn't have to make sense to me, my job is to pick up and deliver the results of their decision making, and to do my best to make sure the customers I work with are happy campers.
