As far as their video goes partner, I would rather see a law that, requires the vehicle in the right lane, to put down their phone, or what ever else they are playing with, or just quit being a jag bag, and knock the cruise off to allow the left lane vehicle to pass, so as to not obstruct traffic.

Izz bag??? I'm not a bag specialist.... never heard of a jag bag....

Also..... put speed limiters on cars.... that will help amplify the traffic problems...

When everything goes fully automated for driving.... won't see it in my life time... everything will have a speed limiters.

He's definitely been hoodwinked, I loved Holland, still a good job with great people, I think he's really in disguise as rb,but the boy has ****ty math, guessing he's content with contract, people like him who hurt people like yourself, and it's a shame, you all should set the standards
No…I’m not content at all but if I made $100k and an Estes driver made $105k with $100+ a week health insurance premiums (close to $300 a week for the good stuff) DID WE NOT MAKE THE SAME MONEY?

Better recheck your math, please explain, so then you have no complaints with the pay rate, somethings wrong, as long as the company has you believing that, nothing will ever change
Because I actually see paystubs from drivers at other LTL companies and it’s not that serious of a difference in gross revenue. I average $90k - $100k, my non union counterparts average $100k -$120k, or $130k+ if they don’t have a life. After benefits and taxes I’m not impressed. I do agree with you that we should be setting the standards.

Let's be honest of your making 100,000,you're not having much of a life, either,I made,112,this year home every weekend

Actually half the year I was home everyday on a bid the other half I did go a little hard on the extra board but most of my weekends were home. I actually did 101K with company paid benefits…..YOU KNOW THE MATH. Like I said most non unions are .10 to .14 cents higher but yet and still we’re in the same tax bracket…HOW? Yes Yellow needs to pay better no denying that and I hope my brothers are ready to fight next contract.

Anyone making six figures at yellow is working 6 days every week. There’s absolutely NO WAY any yellow driver could make $2000 a week by only working 5 days. How do i know? I work at Reddaway. You also have to grind and take up extra work those 6 days.

Hello brother, look at the big picture:
Yellow worker-------- (24.75/ Hr.) 55 Hrs. /week, average = 1545.00
0.00 health deductions, 401K for some is 125.00/week----No work production.

Estes worker-------- (31.50/Hr.) 55 Hrs. / week, average = 1840.00 ( OT after 48 Hrs.)
250.00 to 400.00 health deduction, depending on family size. 401K match offer only. Must work non stop, must check dispatching for delays or you get points to be discharge.

Old Dominion------ (30.00/Hr.) 55 Hrs. / week, average = 1725.00 ( OT after 50Hrs.)
Other deductions and benefits about the same as Estes...

So, first go and make your homework before you jump the ship.
Remember at Yellow, we have more control of how many hours you want to work.
Other companies, you must obey or else. :chairshot:

You don't realize how good you have it until is too late.
If you have 2 years or less of seniority, go ahead try different companies.
if you have 2 to 10 years, try it too if there is an abundant of companies in your area.
10 years to 20, do your homework carefully.
20 years to 25, jump if it is really bad your situation.
25 years or more. No thank You.
