Happy Memorial Day to everyone out there who engage on this social media platform.
I just wanted to say that today is more than a paid day off that we get to spend any way that we choose.
The fact that we have a country where we can enjoy time off and time at work has been made possible by those in our military who have sacrificed their lives so that we can have it good...and that’s too often taken for granted.
Bottom line... I’m thankful for those who have paid the ultimate price and for those who put their lives on the line in all of our battles for our freedoms. This Memorial Day, and everyday, ask yourself this...”could I really do my job and enjoy time away from it if they didn’t do their jobs providing those benefits for me”?
