Would like to wish all the Fedex Drivers and dockworkers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Because your not going to hear this from any supervisors or management. All they care about is the bottom line. Cutting hours cutting your runs. As usual around this time of year the supervisors become jerks around the job place, We need you to work the dock in the morning and evening but this time of year your considered to be non profitable. And you regular city run will be taken away because we don't need you wasting time chasing freight. Never mind a few months ago when we were behind on the dock and stay until you find the very last shipment on your route. Now we'll get someone else to run it if it's not ready at your start time. Thanks alot for busting your ass in the summer when we needed you but now your causing us to lose money.

I'd hope they break out in little tiny butt holes, get diarrhea every day, and live to be 139 years old.

Well a few things, in years past it was busy up until Christmas, historically the slow time for ltl was January and February! Inflation in this world is through the roof, malls are empty, Black Friday was a bust, and people don’t have the money! Better get used to lower freight volumes and bad treatment from supervisors trying to tighten the numbers!

You just described any large business. They are in business to make money and to do so inevitably pisses off some people and lines the pockets of others. They need what they need now, not what you did 3 months ago, as we all do. Sometimes those two things don’t align. Is what it is.
